Bertha Garza literally had a dream one night about creating a natural product that would help protect and enhance all types of skin, especially maturing skin.  She created a body lotion that was enriched with the healthiest oils and vitamins, thus creating the name: DAZZLING DREAMS NATURAL PRODUCTS. She has added (liquid and solid) bath soaps made with the finest natural oils. Natural and biodegradable laundry soap, natural dish washing soap, and other products have followed. Kacey Fansett

Kacey Fansett  brings with her over 40 years of teaching Arts & Crafts to young and young at heart. Tiffeny Bentch

With over 20 years experience with different mediums, Tiffeny has discovered a passion for macrame. No matter how big or how small, there is no project she will not tackle. While this is her focus, creating other handmade items is also something she enjoys and continues to pursue. Lotus Blossom Vietnamese Food
Thu Duong-Paul and her daughter, Elisha, started Lotus Blossom as a school project in 2018. They wanted to share Vietnamese food with the Visalia and Three Rivers communities and the idea of a traveling food tent sounded fun and exciting. They are so grateful for the positive reception and are happy to be a part of 1st Saturday Three Rivers again. They are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, September 4 in the Community Presbyterian Church parking lot next to Harrison Hall. - 43410 Sierra Drive. 

Allison Kleinsteuber

Allison has been an artist and art educator for over 30 years. She is known for her murals with the teens of Visalia located in Downtown Visalia and Soroptimist Park. She is especially inspired by our local beauty and finds endless inspiration from the landscape and wildlife. Allison will be offering her creations at Harrison Hall, 43410 Sierra Drive.

Brett Harvey

Brett’s love of photography and the outdoors began years ago when he was a high school student in Southern California.  Tulare County has been his home for over 30 years and he loves to photograph the beauty of this unique area of California.
